The circuit de la Sarthe, located near the city of Le Mans in the department of Sarthe in France, is a non-permanent track on which one of the most important and famous races in the world is held: the 24 Hours of Le Mans .

But the track where the Motgp French Grand Prix has been held since 200 is a very small aversion of the famous track.

Le Mans is a rather simple track for Motogp riders, because it does not present great particularities or significant technical difficulties. 4.182 meters long and 13 meters wide, it is characterized by long and fast corners, 9 on the right and 5 on the left that put a strain on the tires. Although not particularly technical, Le Mans breaks the pace. It is a stop & go track.
